I honestly don't know what's wrong with me. My folks spent lots of money trying to figure that out, actually - but they had different reasons - and to tell you the truth, I don't think that there's anything wrong at all - at least not where this is concerned. I mean hell, if it makes you happy, it's worth it... Big Top Magazine (aka me - though one day I really hope to have minions) has decided to bring you one of the most amazing shows you could possibly imagine, and even before I have the money to make this one happen, I've already started reaching out to people for the next one. I'm thinking bi-annually right now, but the first one, whooooeee - it's going to be spectacularificious! (I summoned the spirit of Lewis Carroll and he said that can be a word, so shut up.) Big Top Magazine is bringing its dream to you in a live kinda way, with a show that you will NOT want to miss! On Friday August 8th, 2008, this mag will bring you a delectable taste of what it was created for, what it wants to do - Unite us all, worldwide. This furst show is somewhat local, but still, a few of the performers don't know the others exist, and the bill (I must admit) works perfectly. ( And oh yeah - if you happen to know anyone who might even slightly consider advertising on this site, send them my way - the benefits are phenomenal, and it's about 1/4 the cost of a weekly - for an entire month! I hate to keep pushing advertising, but I need to for the magazine to survive. ) |
We are working like mad freaks to bring you the most amazing event this world has ever seen! Three days of deliciously tainted Circus, Bands, DJ's and everything else that can fit under the tent. Slotted right now for the end of October, the first annual will be in '09, without question - and we guarantee to bring you the best of everything possible from all over the world, with shows and workshops filling all of your time and satiating your every desire. Right now we're working on having Cirque Berzerk's HUGE & beautiful circus tent set up right in the middle of the City Hall grounds in San Francisco. It may or may not happen, but they're definitely in. This will be nothing less than the most incredible event that has ever happened, and as it is the first year, we're going to rock it, and YOU'RE going to get so much more than you could even think to ask for. That being said and promised, if there is anything you desperately want, let me know. There is still time for changes as we work on the logistics, and at this writing, it is more than a year away. May seem like a lot of time to some, but I assure you - it isn't. Start planning NOW!
